She teaches business owners and independent professionals how to think strategically with AI. Her work focuses on training AI to operate as a capable business team while the human remains responsible for the vision, judgment, and final decisions.Built Through Real Business ExperienceKat developed her approach while helping rebuild her family’s struggling upholstery business.Before she joined the team, the company was losing more than $15,000 per month, she used marketing, operational systems, business analysis, and AI to identify problems and reorganize the way the company operated.The business grew from serving approximately five customers per month to managing a structured pipeline of more than thirty, eventually achieving its first $10,000 profitable month and supporting multiple livelihoods.That experience became the foundation of Lucidium.A Mathematical Approach to BusinessAs a mathematician and educator, Kat does not treat business concepts as inspirational slogans.She breaks ideas into clearly defined parts, identifies assumptions, models relationships, searches for counterexamples, and uses formal reasoning to determine whether a concept can actually be supported.Her work includes developing original theories about:* value creation;
